Flexibility

Q. The standard sizes shown in the brochure don't meet my requirements. Can the size be altered?
A. Yes, as all of our furniture is made to order and we use suppliers who are willing to be flexible, any piece of furniture can be made to any given size. This includes tables, chairs, sofas, beds and mattresses. if you require a special size there may be an additional charge, we will supply you with a quotation for approval prior to commencing any work.

Q. I live too far from the showroom and can't come and choose fabrics and metal finishes, what are my options?
A. We can send samples of metal finishes, upholstery fabrics and granites directly to you. If you let us know your chosen colour scheme we will endeavour to find samples to suit and with a huge selection to choose from, if the first batch aren't quite right we are happy to try again.

Q. I have a specific design in mind, that isn't shown in the brochure, will you be able to accomodate it?
A. We are happy to work with you to create a particular piece of furniture. Our lead time is usually 8 - 12 weeks for bespoke orders. If you can supply a rough sketch or picture we can supply you with a quotation.

Prices / Delivery

Q. Are the prices I see in the price list the maximum I will have to pay, or will I incur extra charges?
A. The prices shown on the price list are for our standard sizes, prices may vary a little for special sizes. We have recently simplified the pricing so that there are now only two price bands for dining chairs, these prices include upholstery fabrics and self ties or Elizabethan tassels on our Balmoral and Windsor chairs. There is no extra charge for metal finishes.

Q. Is there a standard delivery charge?
A. Delivery is free within a 30 mile radius of Long Bennington, on orders over £500. We have a banded delivery charge outside this area, prices are available on request.

Q. How long will it take before I have my furniture?
A. We usually deliver within 8 weeks of receiving your deposit, however, as all furniture is made to order our delivery times may vary at busy times, it will sometimes take up to 12 weeks to complete your order.

Fabric

Q. Can I supply my own fabric for upholstery? Will you tell me how much I would need?
A. Yes, when ordering we will let you know our fabric requirements.

Q. Do you scotchguard fabrics?
A. Yes in most cases, although some fabrics are not suitable to be scotchguarded, i.e.some chenilles. Prices on application.
